The victims of femicide are increasing around the world. The documentary “PHONE LINE 137” portrays the life of four social workers who decide to be available 24/7, 365 days a year to assist, help and accompany different women who suffer gender, sexual and family violence. Filmmaker, scriptwriter and producer. Lucía Vasallo was born in Buenos Aires in 1976. Graduated as Director of Photography at ENERC. LA CÁRCEL DEL FIN DEL MUNDO, her first film was part of Festival Internacional de Cine de Mar del Plata and Aljazeera International Documentary Film Festival. Nowadays she is working on the post-production of ‘Cadaver Exquisito’ her first fiction film starring Sofía Gala, a co-production with Brazil and Spain.
