After a night at the club, a man tries to enter his car but is blocked by the software that runs it because of his alcohol level. The man and the car discuss like a couple until his physical and verbal aggressions grow unexpectedly. The film is an allegory for gender violence, by representing the distorted vision of a possessive man.
A la salida de una discoteca, un hombre trata de entrar en su auto pero el software que lo maneja se lo impide por su tasa de alcoholemia. El hombre y el auto discuten como una pareja, hasta que el tono se vuelve inesperadamente agresivo, física y verbalmente. Una alegoría a la violencia de género que denuncia la visión retorcida de un hombre posesivo.
All’uscita da un locale, un uomo cerca di entrare nella propria auto, ma viene bloccato dal software che la gestisce a causa del suo tasso alcolemico. L’uomo e l’auto dibattono come una coppia, finché lui diventa aggressivo, verbalmente e fisicamente, in un crescendo inaspettato. La vicenda si fa così allegoria della violenza di genere, denunciando la visione distorta di un uomo possessivo e prevaricatore.

Riccardo Menicatti's bio
Riccardo Menicatti was born in 1986 at Genova. Graduated in Communication, with a thesis on graphic journalism. He got a diploma in Film Direction at Scuola d’Arte Cinematografica at Genova. At 19-years old he made his first short film and began to get acquainted with the music video’s scene in Genova, working backstage. Some years later, he moved to Turin, working as a videomaker for Rai Gulp and other Turinese production companies. In 2012, he co-founded Fuoricampo Film, to develop in autonomy and freedom his short films, documentaries, and music videos.
Bruno Ugioli's bio
Bruno Ugioli was born in Turin in 1989, getting a diploma at Istituto Federico Fellini and graduating at DAMS. During his life as a university student, he worked for different production companies. He studied scriptwriting at Scuola Holden and made a stage at Animoka. Since 2013 he has worked as an author, operator, editor, and filmmaker for different Turinese companies, on documentaries, spots, interviews, and reportages. In 2012 he co-founded, Fuoricampo Film, to develop his short films, documentaries, and music videos.
