Leonardo is at a funeral where the only person taking part in it is Thomas. As they get acquainted with each other, Thomas asks Leonardo to listen to the speech he prepared for his father’s funeral. Thanks to that praise they’ll discover to be more connected than they thought.
Due sconosciuti si incontrano a un funerale senza partecipanti. Leonardo sembra spaesato e fuori contesto, mentre Thomas è il figlio del defunto e sta ripassando un elogio funebre che non lo convince. I due estranei entrano tanto in confidenza che Thomas chiede a Leonardo se vuole ascoltare il discorso che ha scritto per suo padre. Nel tempo della lettura e nello spazio straniante della casa funeraria, i due uomini hanno rivelazioni sull’altro e su loro stessi che non scorderanno facilmente.

giuseppe cardaci's bio
Giuseppe Cardaci is a director and filmmaker from Catania with a degree in Graphic Design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Catania and specializing in Film and New Media at Naba of Milan. The musical theme is often recurring in his productions, including his debut short film: Carmen (2015) made at the Film School of Santa Fe University of Art and Design. His latest short film produced by "Plus + srl" is "Ad Alma", which continues the link with the music including an original song, sung by Anna Ferzetti.
