Carmen Brancone, the last living grandmother of the filmmaker, Mariano, dies. Three days after her burial he decides to register what is left of her at her house and the slow and painful process of letting her belongings go, dealing with many memories and her absence. 
Carmen Brancone, la última abuela viva del realizador fallece. Tres días después de su entierro, el realizador filma los restos de su casa y el proceso lento y doloroso de comenzar a deshacerse de sus pertenencias, revolver memorias y lo que implica lidiar con su ausencia.

director's bio

Mariano Samengo was born in 1990 in Buenos Aires. He is a filmmaking graduate from Centro de Investigación Cinematográfica (CIC). He has attended several script workshops dictated by Gabriel Medina (The Paranoids, The Vampire Spider, showcased in prestigious film festivals such as BAFICI, SITGES, SXSW, among others) and Federico Karstulovich (film critic and screenwriter hired by high profile companies such as Patagonik, HBO and Disney) along with other complementary advertising, photography and acting courses. His previous short film, Duel, is currently in the international festival circuit. He’s currently working as a freelance AD in several commercials and music videos for well-known production companies such as Rebolución, Sábado and Refugio Films and as an editor for production company El Perro en la Luna (headed by Sebastián Mignogna, son of the late acclaimed film director Eduardo Mignogna) and for TV Channel Paka Paka.
