What would happen if all the water on Earth disappeared? Mara (13) is an adventurous girl who is used to have it all and never questioned herself about the environment. But when she discovers what is really going on with the Earth, thanks to her cat Pantufla things will change.
Mara (13) es una nena traviesa y creativa que comparte sus aventuras con su gato, Pantufla. Está acostumbrada a tener todo lo que necesita y nunca tomó conciencia de la importancia del cuidado de la naturaleza. Cuando descubre lo que está sucediendo con el planeta debido al descuido de los recursos, se preocupa. Gracias al sabelotodo gato Pantufla, comprende que modificando sus actos cotidianos puede marcar una diferencia y ayudar a cuidar al planeta.

director's bio
Nicolás Conte was born in 1989 in Benito Juárez, Argentina, where he currently produces and directs stop motion animation content. As a Sound and Image Designer at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, his graduating short film was featured in more than 150 festivals and received over 30 awards. In 2015 he directed ‘La Tierra en mis manos’, a children's miniseries using the traditional cut-out technique, with support of the Instituto Nacional de Cine y Artes Audiovisuales (INCAA).
