Sepehr's bio

Sepehr Nosrati is a Stockholm-based director and screenwriter who graduated from the Stockholm University of the Arts in 2025. His work blends political urgency with psychological complexity, often told through unpredictable, character-driven narratives. His graduation film 175, a one-take political thriller, premiered at Telluride Film Festival and won the Special Jury Prize and the Rai Cinema Channel Award at the Torino Film Festival. The film has since screened at multiple festivals and will be broadcast on SVT and Rai Cinema. He is currently developing his feature debut Snowfall in April, which he won special mention with at Nordic Talents 2025.
